My Friend moved my car out of her driveway and hit her boyfriends car. It didn't do anything to his car, but mine has some damage. Should she be responsible to pay for the damages? or what should be done?

Since your friend was using your vehicle, I presume with your permission, you will likely need to make the claim through your own insurance company. Good luck with this matter.
