More details to this question:
Hello, I have a lawyer who is very unhelpful and I need help understanding any of this please. I have a workman comp case that is pending settlement because of this medicare set aside. I went back on SSDI after I lost my job but I was never reinstated onto Medicare nor will I be. I have opted for health insurance through the state of Florida which Ive been on since August. Why would I still need to engage in this medicare setaside if I have zero intention of getting coverage with Medicare?
