I am most concerned for my daughter. She is 34 years old and lives in my house. She is very angry. She self-medicates with Xanax and alcohol together. It makes her violent. The next day, she blacks it out. I found out from a good source that she takes as many as 8 Xanax bars about one every 15 minutes. When she gets out of control, I call the police and they arrest her. I always notify the police to drug test her and remind them she's on probation. I go to the court hearing "I'm the victim", and during my victim impact statement I tell the court the she needs psychology or psychiatry and drug diversion. I tell them that I won't kick her out of my house because she's very tiny and on the street with her attitude someone might seriously hurt her, or she might lay in an alley overdosed. She might overdose right in her bedroom in my house. The police never drug tested her. She has no probation officer, since she's on informal probation. The court never gives her drug diversion nor do they make her see a psychologist or psychiatrist, but they issued a CR-161 so now she's forced on the street with no job.
