QUESTION

Why won't no one will take my slip and fall

Asked on Jun 08th, 2014 on Slip and Fall - Florida
More details to this question:
10 months ago I had a slip and fall accident in a major department store and injured my right knee. I went to a lawyer afterwards and dropped my case later because I did not have funds to get an MRI done. I have called other lawyers 6 months later after the fall when I was ready to pay for an MRI but everyone has declined. Well I finally purchased insurance and did all the tests done and my injury is an ACL tear and 3 other injuries. I read that I have up to 2 years to sue, why isn't anyone taking my case. I have been in a lot of pain and suffering and I have proof of my injury. I am in FL by the way.

No way to tell based upon the information provided. It sounds like there may be some issue with the liability aspect of the case(who is at fault), as opposed to the damages (how bad you were hurt). Unless someone tells you WHY the case is no good, just keep plugging away until someone says they will take it or explain why they wont.
