Will I be brought to court?

More details to this question:
I Got into an automobile accident in Feb.2015, a Infiniti dealer car coming off a ramp collided into me while I was driving on the straight. We get a accident report, and then nothing happens. Two months later, I get a later from a company called Zurich, their subrogation dept. says that I owe them money for damaging their car. They ask for my insurance but I dont give it to them. I go to the dealer who says that the company was bought by himself 2 weeks after my accident. He has the car and the employee who was driving and says he told me that it was fine. I am not at fault. The company Zurich continues to send me letters after I spoke to a representative stating that I have nothing to do with them and that the real owner of the car, told me I am not at fault. They continue to send me letters and now they have turned over the case to another company Allied Insurance to try and get money from me. Today(6/6/15) they sent me a letter stating legal actions. What should I do?

Sorry to hear about your ordeal.  First, you must report this accident to your insurance companyin case the other driver sues you.  Then, let your insurance company work out a settlement with Zurich.  That's what they do.  if your not hurt, (which is good), there really isn't anything that I can do for you.    Michael Barasch
