QUESTION

Will I be found innocent if I have proof that I was not driving recklessly causing an auto accident?

More details to this question:
The police claim I was passing the car involved over the double yellow line as he was supposedly in the left lane turning left. My vehicle was pushed to the left, into the oncoming traffic lane. I have photos and video of tire tracks showing my left tire in the left lane, where I was at point of impact. In actuality, the other vehicle was in the right lane and came over to the left lane to turn. We thought he was turning right, since he was slowing down. He told my husband, a passenger in the car that he didn't see us. We didn't see a turn signal. He also told his insurance company that there was only one lane in the direction we were driving. The police officer wouldn't take other witnesses statements.

You might want to consult with a traffic court lawyer in the area where the courthouse is located in which the reckless driving charge is pending.  If you are going to court without a lawyer, then bring all witnesses, photos & video to traffic court to prove your version of the accident.  Good luck with this matter.
