Will I be responsible for it if minor daughter got into an accident?

More details to this question:
My daughter as a minor moved in with her dad and didn't change her address on her driver’s license. She got into an accident in his car with no insurance and now being sued.

The owner and the operator of a vehicle are responsible for an accident. You were neither. Your daughter and her dad are on the hook. Relax.

The OWNER of the car is responsible for her conduct. Unless you own the car, you are not responsible. Just because she lived with you does not make her responsible.
