will I get compensated

I was on a road call for a truck tire company and got rearended on the interstate in the rain by a teenager driving at least double the speed limit his car was totaled my truck was beatup pretty good im not hurt enuff and can't afford doctor visit but am having trouble sleeping bad dreams and I am afraid to drive my son around and very nervous when on the road his insurance company's claims adjuster is going to call me tomorow and I was wondering if I am entitled any compensation for the accident I was driving work truck
