More details to this question:
I was just in a car accident , where I was not at fault young kid in middle lane turning right , I went around him to the right to pass and he turned into me , crushing drivers door side , I have minimum insurance in Florida , his truck align ment was shot , will I have to pay out of pocket or will I be compensated?
