More details to this question:
my brother and i threw a party about 2 months ago while my mother went out of town. i invited a boy who's car got stuck in a ditch. while i was trying to leave my house, someone was blocking my drive way. i put my truck in park and went back into my house until people started telling me to move. i got back in my truck and people started telling me to back up. when i backed up i scraped the back of the boys expensive car. i was not drinking, nor did i have alcohol in my system. he was upset, but said it was fine and left the party. today he texted me saying the estimate on the car was 1,274$ i dont have that kind of money nor does my family. My brother had issued an invite list and he boy was not on it. Do i legally have to pay for this since he was on my property and uninvited by the adult ( over 18) im currently 16, so i am not an adult

Typically you are responsible for damage you do to another person's vehicle whether on public or private property unless that person contributed to the incident since Virginia has a contributory negligent law.  I do not see any contributory negligence as to the driver of the expensive vehicle based upon the facts that you have presented.  You might want to consider turning this matter over to your auto insurance company.  Good luck with this matter.
