Will I lose my license?

More details to this question:
I was rear ended and pushed into another vehicle, but I didn’t have car insurance at the time of the wreck and I don’t know what to do.

While it doesn't sound like you were at fault, if you were cited for failure to have insurance you could lose your license because you are required to have insurance.
