I have had to let 1 attorney be released from my case due to not being trustworthy. Then I needed an MRI done and I had to get another attorney to be able to get the MRI done. The MRI facility needed a Letter Of Protection. Now since I hired this other attorney, he barely takes phone calls from me due to his very rude secretary, and he advertises on his website. Now I try to call him on his cellphone and he never calls me back, and I know he knows I am trying to reach him. I am seriously ill from my auto accident and need lots of help in finding a medical doctor. I also need a Pain Management facility and also a neurosurgery. Each day passes by with no help from my 2nd attorney. I am very sick as I am taking several pain medications. I struggle just to get through the pain. I finally found a Pain Management facility after making several calls being sick. The facility told me they don't accept 3rd party insurances or LOP, but they ask me to read my MRI results over the phone, and they told me I need surgery, and I should get rid of that attorney. However I want to know, will taking the attorney off my case make me look bad to the insurance company?
It really doesn't matter if it will make you look bad or not. If your attorney is not being responsive and getting you the help that you need then you need to get another attorney.
