Worth a suit?

While visiting my adult son in Ohio, we went to an IKEA where he hit his head while in the bathroom on the back of the door. I reported it to the desk and they gave me a contact card. I sent a message, notifying them of his injury have heard nothing from them. He went to the urgent care a couple of days later they sent him to the emergency room for testing he he was diagnosed with a concussion and has since had blurry vision in one eye. They said it may take a month or more to recover if at all is this worth pursuing thank you for your time.
