Would like to file a wrongful death lawsuit

I would like to file a wrongful death lawsuit for my daughter, Jamie Dougan. Please google either her name or fatal shootout in Water Valley, MS on Friday, June 16th, 2017. Those are the only details I have which are from the articles printed. I wasn't contacted until almost 10 p.m. Saturday evening and was not contacted by any authorities regarding my daughter's death. A family member of her boyfriend called me and I also found out via facebook! According to the coroner in Water Valley, MS my daughter's remains were sent to Jackson, MS for an autopsy to be performed today. I need to find out if I have a wrongful death case ASAP before evidence is gone, etc. My best friend is typing this for me as I am not able to function at this time.
