my spouse fell in the back yard of a friends home suffered a hip fractured and went for surgery and suffered a stroke during surgery and died 6 weeks later i would also like his hospital care looked into.

This may be a very good case, pending more facts of course. You will need to prove that the cause of your wife’s fall was due to negligence on the part of your neighbor.
