Can we file a claim against the bank after getting robbed and assaulted upon exit?

More details to this question:
My mom was exiting the bank where she was assaulted and robbed. This was captured at the bank’s video footage and my mom had to get examination at the ER. Does this incident constitute any sort of claim that can be filed against the bank?

Yes your mom has a good case and if you witnessed it then you have a case too. Discuss with counsel.
