Me and my fiance were staying at the staybridge motel in San Antonio Texas. A week and a half ago I woke up in the University medical hospital beaten up. It was said that two of the employees from staybridge was responsible. I wouldn't know because I have no memory of what happened. My face is still bad, and I have multiple knots in my head.

If the perpetrators who beat you up had any criminal record in their past prior to be hired by Staybridge (which I would bet that they would), then liability for negligent hiring and retention would present a very strong case in your favor.
