More details to this question:
I order an impossible veggie burger from burger king on April 14 2022 an it was half raw. I got sick from it. I started throwing up an in up going to the hospital on the 17th bc my stomach was not feeling good. I've spoken with the investigator for burger King. I gave my statement an sent her the medical bill. She's requesting me to fill out a form so she can look up my medical records an I refuse to sign those papers bc she will have excess to my whole life. She email me with a 30 notice of me signing an I'm refusing to do so. I told her I'm asking for my medical bill which she has an pain an suffering.

You can't make a claim and then dictate what they review regatrding your medical history. As a general rule they will assume that there is something you dont want them to see and simply decline the claim. You will need to pick one or the other. Privacy or a injury claim.
