QUESTION

Do i have a case?

Asked on Oct 18th, 2017 on Products Liability - Florida
More details to this question:
On Oct. 17th, my husband bought a bakery loaf of bread from Walmart. He brought it home and I sliced it once length wise and then once width wise so I could make garlic bread. I then took an additional slice from the middle so I could test my garlic butter and see if there was enough garlic. Upon taking my first bite, I bit into something hard which also stabbed my gums. I took a white piece of plastic out of my mouth. I have bagged and saved everything.

You can bring it to thier attention but dont expect much unless it is clear that the plastic was from Walmart or baked into the bread. They will usually take the position that the plastic could have come from your counter top area or elsewhere.
