Hello yesterday i went to Winn Dixie and I purchase a jug of juice from there and took it home and my kids drink it and two of them became sick that i ended up in the er with them with vomiting,diarrhea,fever. I took the juice back to winn dixie n let the manager know the juice is bad n he stated that he can give me my money back and send the juice to corporate office n let them know the situation but in stead i took the juice back with n took it to the hospital n let the doctor see n smell it n he stated the juice is bad. Its contaminated with a bad chemical

Yes, I would definitely say you have a case. You could potentially sue the manufacturer who made the juice, the distribution center that sold the juice to Winn Dixie, and also Winn Dixie.
