I recently went into a cbd store to buy some gummies because They seem to help me sleep. Flash forward and hour and a half later and my friend and I are stoned silly. Like a absolutely stoned to the bone. Luckily we were in a safe environment but I live in Tennessee where THC is NOT legal. I'm confident there was a mix up with the manufacturer and we were sold THC infused edibles on accident. I still have my receipt and the leftover product. Just wanted to see if this was something worth while

If you are saying "worth while" in the sense of suing, no it is not. Take it back to the shop and discuss this with it.
