I'm not sure if I selected the right area or not but I just went to McDonald's here in Bells,TN n purchased a Classic lemonade w/ice n my 5 year old nephew was drinking it then I got it to try n started drinking n found a black hair about 2in long in the bottom of the glass with the root intact then when I poured it out there was one on the lemon I went to the window when I purchased it hope my nephew dnt get sick from this idk if they have aids or what do I have a lawsuit plz email me n let me kno thx this was at McDonald's btw.. I also have a pic of it in my drink n the hair itself in a baggy

You have no lawsuit unless you can prove damages. As a general rule, hair in a drink does not cause damages.
