found a plastic thing in the bread

More details to this question:
bought a pack of bread, and just opend one this moring and ate it, suddenly pulled out a plastic thing from the bread. The shape urr, looks like a condomium.. so disgusting! how to handle this case? I bought from a grocerary store.
