More details to this question:
sold chemicals to vendor and now they are claiming there machine is ruined and want to sue me for 82.000 dollars, I am only the middle person , can they do this. They also send the same law suit to the owner of the Chemical co.

They can sue you, but it doesn't mean they wil win or that its proper to do so. You should hire an attorney to address it though to make sure things dont go wrong.
