I need to file a lawsuit against medtronic, for the malfunction of the neurostimulator that was implanted in my back!! It has severely damaged the nerves in my back!! Do I have a case against them?

Possibly. Medtronic has been sued for several defective implant/pain management devices. You willneed to discuss this with a lawyer and your doctors to actually have an idea of what the issues are.
