QUESTION

Intoxicated due to tuna

Asked on Jul 19th, 2017 on Products Liability - Florida
More details to this question:
The 8th of July of 2017 I bought tuna (StarKist – Chunk light tuna) at Winn Dixie and I ate the tuna on July 11 in the moment I ate the tuna I got sick and we had to go to the hospital. I was intoxicated due to the tuna according to the doctor and medical examinations performed, I spent all day in the hospital and in the next day I could not go to work. We request from the supermarket and the tuna company a response to this event and to check the quality of the products they are selling. But nobody replied. Can a lawyer that speaks Spanish help me with this.

You will need to preservethe tuna and spend some money to have it tested. If there was some contamination then you wantto hire a lawyer to review the issue.
