QUESTION

Manufacturer Refuses to allow sofware to run on Windows 10

Asked on Feb 24th, 2018 on Products Liability - Florida
More details to this question:
A manufacturer of a lie detection system is not allowing us to upgrade to Windows 10. We are running WIndows on Dell systems that easily handle Windows 10. They did this on XP based systems where they said you have to go to Windows 7 or receive little support Now they are doing version III of the software, will no longer take the old system in trade like the XP to Windows 7 and now want $11K for the new system, take it or leave it.
