My son was in an accident, the airbag did not deploy. He has a very bad concussion. The air bags were recalled and changed out prior to the accident.

If there was another car involved, then it's important to know who was cited as the cause of the accident. If your son was the cause and he wants to sue the negligent manufacturer of the airbags that didn't deploy he will have a very difficult time trying to find counsel to accept his case.
