My 8 year old son used bath n body works on his face and it became burned and rashed. Bath n body works said they will give 50 dollars for this and sent me a paper to sign release and indemnity with my social security number im not sure i should sign it

Signing a Release will waive any future liability on the part of BBW. Having legal representation might result in a higher value recovery, depending on the severity of the injury.
