I was eating chicken nuggets and I was just about to finish eating the last one and I almost swallowed a chicken bone. I still have the chicken bone and the receipt to prove that I almost ate it.

Based on the information you provided, you would not have a very good lawsuit because you were not injured and therefore, you would be missing an important element of your claim.
