What can I do about a use car lot..

More details to this question:
I put 2500,down on a car I only done the car had the for 4 months It was a 90 days warrant,I am one payment behide Because I took th a car the shop to see what was wrong...bad motor So I call the car lot,the owner want fix it,took the car because of one payment What can I do??

You can offer to bring the payments current and hope that the car lot owner will allow you go have the car back.
