QUESTION

What can I do with foreign substance found in bag of chips?

Asked on Apr 26th, 2024 on Products Liability - Florida
More details to this question:
The manufacturer wants me to send it to them to evaluate, I’m not sure about this however I am pretty sure it is not a burnt chip. The texture was not that of a chip and I was sick to my core upon discovery as I don’t know how much remnants of this foreign object I may have consumed.

Not sure what your question actually is. Absent a medically documented injury, this not a viable legal claim. Being "sick to your core" without documentation is of little consequence. If you want to know what the substance is, you can retain a forensic testing company at your expense to test the item, though it may cost you several thousand dollars to secure an expert answer.
