Will i be able to have my money back?

More details to this question:
I purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago. I thoght everythind was fine. When i went to the to a tag agency, they told me that the title is no good . And whoever was selling the car wrote the name of the owner where my name was supposed to be... I gave him time to fix it. He does want to. Neither cant he find the owner that is in the title 1 the seller is not on the title 2 the seller wrote the owner's name 3 so he fraudulently wrote the name with his handwriting Will i get my money back

If its a fraud scam as you describe not likely. YOu can report to law enforcement and see what they do or say. They will likely tell you it s civil matter.
