Neighbor cause a fire that burned our garage

We found out that the next door neighbors had people living in a shed in the backyard. That caused a fire because they had a space heater inside inside that caused the fire. What our rights? Can we go after the landlord for this. For renting out the house to these tenants that have people living in a Shed.

You should pursue the landlord's insurance for any damages that you have. Make a claim on his homeowner's insurance
