Do I have to share profit with my ex husband when selling condo in Connecticut?

We purchase this condo about 30 yrs ago.We have been divorce for about 20 yrs, since then I have been paying mortgage, expenses, maintenance, etc, all by myself without getting any money from my ex. Can he still claim 50% of profit?, Do I have the right to get more than 50%?, thank you in advance,Grace
Grace, when you were divorced there should have been a settlement agreement that was made an order of the court or a ruling made by a judge if the matter was contested.
