PRESCRIPTIVE EASEMENT OVER PROPERTY THAT MY NEIBOR OWNS

LIVED IN MY HOUSE FOR 45 YEARS. I HAVE SEEN 5 NEIGHBOR COME AND GO THROUGH THE YEARS. THIS NEW NEIGHBOR DOES A LAND SURVEY AND SAID I AM ON HIS PROPERTY GET OFF! ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS IS AN ATTORNEY SAID HE CAN'T BECAUSE OF PRESCRIPTIVE EASEMENT?
