So my neighbors from upstairs broke into my car ... when we called the cops we didn’t had full evidence so all they did was a report When we did had more evidence and also then taking pictures of our cars and saying that they were going to break our windows and etc I put a camera in my window and they punched my window so they would knock it off Ok so ... we were told that an officer was going to come back but he never did ... what do I do

You should talk to your apartment complex management. They have an obligation to address the criminal activity of your neighbors. The apartment may be willing to move the other tenants or move you. Ask them to either move you to another apartment or let you out of the lease.
