Am I still held liable for damages

More details to this question:
If I co signed a 3 year lease and after the 3 years is up the landlord let the renters stay an extra 2 months am I still liable for damages . He never came in after the lease was up to inspect the property

According to the lease, you might be.
The landlord does have an issue proving damages if they did not inspect.
First rule: always video and photograph all rentals (cars and apartments) before and after possession.
If you can still legally get into the unit and take pictures, I recommend it.
