QUESTION

Bought a new construction (residential) and has several structural issues

Asked on Nov 16th, 2020 on Real Estate - Florida
More details to this question:
In only 4 months of living in my newly built home, there have been several structural, electrical and appliance issues. The list of problems vary from broken water heater, dryer, a/c unit, electrical issues and even more serious, water damage to structure from ceiling, windows, floors and balconies. There has even been water leakage through electrical outlets and seeping through crown moldings, tile and walls. Only partial repairs have been made since the end of August.

I'm certainly sorry to hear all the trouble you've had with your new home.  These situations can be tricky.  Largely, from a legal standpoint, on new built homes, the issues come down to what went wrong and who did it.  Unfortunately, sometimes it is easier said than done.  However, as long as you have all of your documentation and you have documented the damages, you may, indeed, be able to get compensation or have other options available to you.  I would advise seeking the counsel of an attorney than can help assess what legal options are available to you.
