Breach of contract by Pulte

More details to this question:
The contract has been signed for a house (to be built) between buyer and Seller. Now Seller's sales consultant says that That lot we signed is a day light basement and we need to pay extra $10k. She informed this to us after contacrt signatures are done. DO we have to pay $10k or we have to backup from the contract? pls advice

If you have a signed contract that is clear, that should govern. If they made a mistake by offering it for less than they wanted to offer it for, that is too bad for them. Good Luck.
