The law only requires you to give the tenant 3 days notice, and then you can sue to evict the tenant. 30 days would be more customary and more reasonable.
Evictions are very technical. In order to protect tenants from being evicted wrongfully, there are a lot of due process protections, and judges enforce them very strictly. Even lawyers have trouble getting them all perfect. Please have a real estate lawyer prepare the notice and arrangre for its delivery to the tenant.
