This is an update to my previous question. I didn't mention that I illegally sublet. In this case, can I immediately kick this person out who has breached our contract, smokes pot inside, beats my dog, runs the shower for hours on end and harasses me, etc if it's still been under a month?

Yes, due to the illegal conduct. You can either call the police or file an eviction proceeding.
