i received a 30-day eviction notice (ending 12/3/20). i have yet to find a roommate or a place to rent . i'm 70 years old. may i stay until evicted by the Court ?

Absolutely! There must first be a lawsuit filed against you, then a judgment entered, and finally the sheriff will come to change the locks.
