Can someone force you to sign a quit claim deed

I left an abusive situation but I am on title with my ex in which he is trying to force/bully me to sign a quit claim deed to remove my name off title

No, not without a court order.  There may be some situations in which signing the QC deed would make sense but probably more in which it would not.  In all situations, it should be part of a negotiated resolution.  You need to have legal counsel to help you work through this. There are social agencies that can help you navigate your recovery from the abusive situation; they should be able to point you to legal help.
