can you kick someone out of a apartment who is on the lease but not paying a single bill and has no income

My roomate lost her job the day we singed our lease and 30 days later she still has no money and hasent even attempted to get a job and has not payed a single bill for the only month we have lived here so I want her gone

This situation is not uncommon. Unfortunately, you are liable (in most leases) for the full amount of the lease and have no right to evict her (only your landlord can do that, unless she is a sublessor to you).
