My wife passed away and I remarried. My home is deed is recorded and me and my deceased wife. I would like to change to me and my new wife. How do I do this?
This is very easy. You will need your late wife's death certificate. An attorney can prepare a new deed. In my office the approxiamte cost would be $500.
