I am in a appeal process with a eviction for wrongful doing such as my deposit being taking without a reasonable reason landlord fine for living conditions I was denied a hearing to explain my side why I did not agree with the amount now I'm being told I am writing my paperwork wrong and I am not a lawyer so there is no guidance on what I can do .I am looking for help

Other than hiring a lawyer out of pocket - your best bet is to see if local legal aid will assist you or ask for help at the local law library
