More details to this question:
Me and my fiance bought a home togethere both names are on the deed what do we need to get in writting if one of us leaves the relationship before a marriage? money put down on the house was 50%each .Only one of us can really afford the home by ourselves.

You can put together an agreement that if one leaves the marriage or the relationship, that the other has to buy them out, or sell the house and let the other out of the mortgage.  It would be something like a prenuptial agreement.
