construction work in and outside unit

More details to this question:
landlord changing all tiles in the courtyard, sawing 8 hours a day with crew all over the place for like past 3 weeks and changed our windows and doors, causing alot of construction mess inside, not only my throat got irritated from the dust created inside but also coming from the tile dry sawing and drilling outside travelling right into my unit in the middle first floor making my life miserable

Not sure what the question is, but there is not much of a legal remedy unless you want to spend a lot of money on legal fees. You might talk to the LL to see if they have a solution such as possibly allowing you to relocate to a different unit or to terminate your lease and move elsewhere.
