WE ARE CURRENT WITH MORTAGE, AND HAVE USED ALL OF OUR SAVINGS, HOUSE IS UP FOR SALE AND TRYING SATISFALY CREDITOR. IS THIS THE WAY TO GO WITH OUT AFFECTING MY CREDIT?
